The staff were excellent, helpful, friendly and gave us great suggestions of what to visit and how to navigate Frankfurt. They made everything effortless from check in to check out. The room was lovely, clean, spacious and everything we needed. The location was great for us even though it was a bit uncomfortable with the "red light district" nearby.

Good location, walkable from the train station. Nice rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast, and even kettle in the room (which most hotels don't have any more but I love having that).

Really comfortable bed. Nice view of the towers of the banks. Only one block away from banking area and party area. Reception service is really nice and they try do give you the room with the features that are most valuable to you (big bathroom, highest floor, etc.)

I was very happy with my stay. Comfortable clean hotel. The staff thoughout were very friendly and l must thank staffer at check-in desk, Serif who went over and above his duties to provide a superior service. Thank you for that. I would recommend this hotel.

The location was close to the city centre with excellent transport links and restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful. Nenko went far and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service, making sure I was happy and satisfied with the breakfast served at the restaurant. A big thank you to the ladies at reception Zane, Darima and Victoria. You all made my stay worthwhile.

Check in process was excellent / very efficient. I was asked for my Hilton Number and when I didn't have it to hand it was searched for. I was also given a map with areas marked in case I wanted to explore the nearby area. Upgraded room was a nice surprise and the view overlooking the courtyard and ability to open a window to hear the birds was a real bonus.
